Introduction
This contractual document governs the General Contracting Conditions for the services offered (hereinafter “Conditions”) through the website https://psiconnea.com, owned by PSICONNEA B2B, S.L., and operating under the commercial brand PSICONNEA, whose contact details are also listed in the Legal Notice of this website.
These Conditions will remain published on the website and available to the User to reproduce and save as confirmation of the contract, and may be modified at any time by Psiconnea. It is the responsibility of the User to read them periodically, as those in force at the time of placing orders will be applicable.
Acceptance of this document implies that the User:
Has read, understood, and comprehends what is stated herein.
Is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
Assumes all the obligations provided herein.
Description of services
The contractual relationship involves the activation of an account to access the Psiconnea platform. This platform provides tools, through the completion by the user of various questionnaires, aimed at helping to improve their emotional and psychological state.
The program has been designed by a team of psychologists, developers, and engineers, and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the web application. Users are informed that completing the questionnaires is voluntary and, therefore, the User can enjoy Psiconnea without providing this information. However, certain functionalities, such as participation in sports events, will require the provision of some data.
In addition, the platform will allow the request for a consultation with a psychologist, whose cost is not included in the contracted modalities, and can be consulted in the “Price and Payment Method” section.
Requirements for accessing and using the service
The User, to be able to access the services offered by Psiconnea, must be of legal age (over 18 years) and have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered.
The User must provide personal data voluntarily and freely, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of General Regulation (EU) 2016/679, on data protection (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, on data protection and guarantee of digital rights.
Once the data is provided, the User will receive an invitation email through which they must manage their registration on the Platform.
Duration and termination of service
The duration of this Service will be one month or one calendar year, depending on the contracted subscription, counting from the date the User has access to the platform.
After each period, the contracted service will be automatically renewed for a new monthly or annual period, unless the User notifies Psiconnea of their intention to terminate it at least one day before the expiration date of each period.
To process their termination, the User must access their User profile and follow the indicated steps.
Right of withdrawal
Regarding the additional services of “request a psychologist,” the User may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 natural days from the day following the formalization of the session or voucher, by completing the following form:

In accordance with article 103 a) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the User will lose their right of withdrawal when:
In the case of individual sessions, the service has been fully provided.
In the case of vouchers, at least one of the sessions has been enjoyed.
However, the User may modify or cancel the sessions with 24 hours’ notice by sending a communication to atencionalusuario@psiconnea.com. In case of not complying with the indicated period, the session will be charged.
Price and payment method
The User is obliged to pay the price in accordance with the current prices at all times. The current prices of the modalities to be contracted are indicated
